Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with photography skills to support our branding, marketing, and digital communication needs. The role involves creating visually appealing designs for real estate projects, capturing high-quality photos at sites, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, project presentations, banners, hoardings, and digital creatives.
• Design social media graphics, ads, and content layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create visual concepts for project launches, customer campaigns, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and site teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit and retouch images for marketing use (site photos, project updates, etc.).
• Work on basic video edits/short reels (optional but preferred).

Photography

• Visit project sites to capture high-quality images of construction progress, completed work, events, and team activities.
• Maintain a photo library for digital and print use.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and photo composition for professional results.

Branding

• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Support in creating branding materials for events, signage, and exhibitions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Canva.
• Good knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless photography, including lighting and composition.
• Experience in real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects) preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
