Job Title: Graphic Designer
Own the visual identity and creative output for all group companies. Build unified brand guidelines, produce high quality visuals, and support content creation across events, construction progress updates, hospitality, staffing, and corporate portfolios.
Responsibilities:
* Develop brand identities and visual systems for each company
* Design social media content, marketing collateral, pitch decks, and ads
* Create static and motion graphics, infographics, event visuals, and project updates
* Support construction companies with project advancement graphics, timelapse overlays, milestone visuals, and progress reports
* Support event entities with build visuals, event highlights, aftermovies creative direction
* Maintain visual consistency across brands without losing individual identity
* Manage creative workflows, timelines, and content calendars
* Work closely with the content creator and photographer to turn raw material into polished output
* Maintain an organized asset library for all nine companies
* Introduce creative standards and proactively propose improvements
Requirements:
* Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
* Strong understanding of social media design standards and performance driven visuals
* Excellent layout, typography, and branding abilities
* Confidence to lead creative discussions and define what good looks like
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent quality
* Experience building brand books or guidelines is an advantage
