  • Develop creative concepts and graphics for event branding:
  • Backdrops, stage designs, banners, kiosks
  • Exhibition booths, wayfinding signage, digital screens
  • Stickers, vinyl prints, logos, and visual themes
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for printing, CNC, and fabrication.
  • Work closely with the event operations, joinery, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
  • Support the sales and account management team with client proposals and presentation layouts.
  • Modify and update designs based on client feedback, brand guidelines, and event requirements.
  • Create 2D and simple 3D visualizations or mock-ups to help clients visualize setups.
  • Ensure all design files are delivered accurately, on-time, and aligned with print and material specifications.
  • Maintain an organized design library and manage file archiving properly.
  • Stay updated with design trends and new digital formats relevant to the events industry.
