Location: Palarivattom, Ernakulam

Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs that communicate a brand’s message effectively. This role involves working collaboratively with a creative team, incorporating design principles to produce compelling visuals across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

• Develop creative concepts and designs aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Produce graphics for various mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, brochures, and presentations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients, project managers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and team discussions.

Brand Development:

• Maintain consistency in design elements to enhance the brand's identity.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines and templates.

Technical Skills:

• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools.
• Prepare files for print production and ensure quality output for digital formats.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
• Adapt to feedback and revisions to refine designs effectively.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Incorporate new techniques to keep designs fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and layout.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to design with the target audience in mind.

Work Environment:

• Collaborative team setting in an office or remote environment.
• May require occasional overtime to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
