POSITION: Graphic Designer
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong packaging experience to support our creative team. This role focuses on producing accurate design files for packaging, creating digital mockups, preparing files for sampling, and developing original artwork assets based on design briefs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create packaging layouts and production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Develop original artwork asset toolkits (icons, patterns, motifs, illustrations) based on internal artwork briefs.
• Apply artwork toolkits across products, packaging, and program assortments.
• Build digital mockups and presentation visuals for internal and customer use.
• Prepare accurate files for sampling, including reviewing measurements, alignment, and print specifications.
• Finalize print-ready production files following brand and retailer guidelines.
• Review proofs for accuracy and visual consistency before release.
• Maintain organized digital files, artwork libraries, and version control.
• Collaborate with supervisor to understand creative direction and meet project expectations.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Packaging layout experience required.
• Ability to create original artwork assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience preparing production files for print.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to take direction well, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
