Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visual content that communicates our brand's message and supports our marketing goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Visual Designs: Develop and produce creative graphics, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, marketing collateral, logos, brochures, websites, and email templates.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand identity and maintain consistency across various platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visuals that support campaign objectives and overall business goals.
• Revise Designs: Iterate and adjust designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final products meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Research Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the work produced is innovative and competitive in the industry.
• Prepare Files for Production: Create final design files in appropriate formats for both print and digital mediums, ensuring high quality for each.
• Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring that priorities are managed effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to focus on the smallest elements without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
• Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
• Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
