Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates the organization’s brand message effectively. This role involves designing digital and print materials, developing creative concepts, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual content for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and advertisements.
• Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, and event branding.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to conceptualize campaigns and develop creative ideas.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent design across all materials.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other digital assets.
• Prepare and deliver design files in required formats for printing or publishing.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Support in the creation of presentations, infographics, and visual reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong sense of creativity, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Sciences, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work (mandatory).
