Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for transforming ideas into visually compelling designs that
elevate the brand across digital and print platforms. This role involves crafting visual content for
marketing campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, and promotional materials while
ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity, tone, and objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in
a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and collaborates closely with cross-functional
teams to deliver high-quality creative work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design & Production
○ Develop and execute or adapt existing creative concepts for marketing materials,
including social media reels/post, website assets, ads, email templates, and
event branding.
○ Assist with product photography and photo editing for e-commerce
○ Assist with video production for social media, google and meta ad campaigns
○ Maintain consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
2. Collaboration & Workflow
○ Work closely with the Creative Director, and internal stakeholders to understand
project needs and deliver high-quality outputs.
○ Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design or a related field.
● Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within marketing,
advertising, or branding.
● Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is an
advantage.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
● Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
● Experience producing both digital and print marketing assets (e.g., social media posts,
banners, email layouts, brochures, packaging).
● Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and brand-aligned design work.
● Familiarity with brand guideline development and maintaining brand consistency across
all outputs.
● Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus.

Work Environment:
