We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals across automotive, industrial, real estate and financial consultancy brands. We are looking end-to-end design of marketing assets that drive brand visibility, lead generation and sales support across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
● Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn campaigns, including static, carousels, reels and short-form video.
● Develop website, landing page and e-commerce visuals, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and optimised for speed and SEO.
● Lead visual execution for real estate marketing: project brands, brochures, campaign decks, floor plans, maps and digital ad assets.
● Translate technical and financial content into clear, investor-ready visuals: charts, reports, market studies, infographics and pitch decks.
● Support corporate and B2B communication with sales decks, trade show visuals, newsletters, internal templates and presentations.
● Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across automotive, industrial, real estate and financial ventures to ensure consistent visual identity.
● Manage asset libraries, coordinate with internal stakeholders and liaise with photographers, videographers and agencies.
● Design high-performing marketing creatives
● Create static, carousel and video assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads,
● YouTube and LinkedIn campaigns.
● Produce A/B test variations to improve CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
● Own website, landing page & e-commerce visuals
● Design banners, landing pages and UI graphics aligned with brand
● guidelines.
● Optimise assets for page speed, mobile performance and SEO in
● collaboration with developers.
● Lead real estate marketing visuals
● Develop visual identity systems for Nuom Properties and related SPVs.
● Create project brochures, launch decks, floor plans, maps and digital
● ads that support enquiry and booking targets.
● Support financial consultancy branding & communication
● Build the consultancy’s brand identity (logo, stationery, guidelines).
● Design financial reports, market studies, investor presentations and
● pitch decks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
● Support LinkedIn marketing, webinars and lead-gen campaigns with
● on-brand visual assets.
● Strengthen corporate & B2B communication
● Produce sales decks, infographics, newsletters, trade show visuals and
● internal templates for cross-functional teams.
● Manage assets & collaboration
● Maintain organised asset libraries and version control.
● Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Finance and Consulting
● teams, plus external agencies, photographers and videographers.
Skills& Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
● 3-5+ years of experience in digital design; exposure to real estate, B2B or financial
projects is a strong plus.
● High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
● Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva for layouts and collaboration.
● Proven ability to work with technical and financial content and make it visually
● clear and accessible.
● Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, brochures, decks, reports and video/motion
● assets.
● Comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritising effectively and working with
● feedback from non-design stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
