We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team. Who will be able to design a wide variety of artworks across digital and offline media. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver brilliant creative ideas, demonstrate a design thinking mindset, and a keen eye for details.

Determining the requirements and scope of a project based on the given briefs

Creating visual adaptations based on the key visuals set out by the Creative Lead

Presenting ideas, preparing drafts, and testing graphics across various media

Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

Ensuring that all communication needs are met through relevant digital content and aesthetic visuals aligned with the company’s Marketing Strategy, Brand Standards, and business objectives

Communicating and reflecting the IFZA Brand Identity effectively through visuals

Abiding by project timelines and budget constraints

Collaborating with the Content team and the Creative Lead to produce the final designs
Requirements
-
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer

Full English proficiency is required

Additional spoken languages are a plus
-
Proficiency in the following Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Good knowledge of target markets and competitors
-
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Digital Design, or a related field.
