Riphah International University seeks a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other design tools, with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and branding principles. This position focuses on creating compelling visual content for both digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. The Graphic Designer supports the development of marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, banners, and digital advertisements, contributing to the universitys brand positioning through innovative and effective graphic solutions. Working within a collaborative environment, the Graphic Designer coordinates with marketing, content, and external vendors to produce high-quality designs that align with the universitys values and objectives. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within given deadlines. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the designer must be proactive in participating in brand strategy initiatives and maintaining a high standard of creative output to enhance the universitys visual identity.
Responsibilities

Design and develop a wide range of marketing materials including social media graphics, posters, banners, brochures, and flyers that effectively communicate the universitys message and campaign goals.

Create brand-aligned visuals such as infographics, presentations, and digital assets that support promotional activities and enhance audience engagement.

Generate creative concepts and innovative design ideas tailored to specific campaigns and university events, ensuring originality and relevance.

Produce graphics optimized for various digital platforms including social media channels, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

Design user interface and user experience elements for web pages or mobile applications as needed, focusing on usability and visual appeal.

Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and support ongoing updates and refinements of brand assets and templates.

Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and outreach teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet project objectives.

Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies to oversee production processes and ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.

Assist with basic video editing, animation, and motion graphics projects when required, including the creation of short promotional videos or reels.

Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all design outputs to ensure accuracy, alignment with creative standards, and timely delivery despite tight deadlines.
