Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Budget- AED 8,000 - 10,000

Job Description-

The role will be responsible for developing engaging and on-brand visual content across digital and print platforms, supporting our marketing, communications, and internal initiatives. The Graphic Designer will translate concepts into impactful designs that strengthen our brand identity and resonate with target audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and digital ads.

• Develop creative content for corporate branding, internal campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and external marketing activities.

• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables, adhering to established brand guidelines.

• Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners when required.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

• Support website and digital content design, including UI/UX elements where needed

Years & Nature of Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in similar role

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and Canva.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

• Ability to create visuals for both digital and print formats.

• Motion graphics and video editing knowledge are a plus.
