Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

The Noor Project is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can produce high-quality visual and video content for campaigns, events, fundraising materials, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who is versatile, innovative, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Adobe Premiere Pro.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

• Create compelling graphics for social media, website, print materials, and outreach campaigns.
• Develop branding elements, posters, brochures, infographics, and promotional assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
• Work with program teams to translate ideas into visual content.

Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)

• Edit video footage into clear, engaging stories using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound enhancements.
• Create short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
• Capture photos/videos during project events (optional but preferred).
• Optimize output for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and internal presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (preferred).
• Solid foundation in graphic design principles (color, typography, layout).
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in video storytelling and visual communication.
• Portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in NGOs, community projects, or social impact sectors.
• Basic camera operation and photography skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month
