About Position:
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay rate: $50/Hr.
Duration: 4-5 Months with possible extension
Minimum Qualifications
Lives, breathes, and loves design
5+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and Packaging Production, ideally in
packaging at a consumer products company
Provide input and recommendations to design best practices and principles at the project level with an emphasis on working independently on both challenging and complex design issues.
Understand and apply a broad variety of design concepts, practices and procedures, and can resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
Set and meet reasonable commitments, deadlines, and high standards for the team.
Strong and diverse portfolio that proves solid typography and composition skills as well as a passion for innovation and the latest trends & influences
Excellent computer skills including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google Suite
Strong understanding of print processes
A passion for details: building accurate files, reviewing proofs
Excellent communication skills in sharing your design thinking, presenting to all levels of co-workers throughout all stages of design
