Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop visually appealing layouts, illustrations, animations, and brand elements based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create cohesive and brand-aligned creatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Adapt and optimize designs for various formats, including mobile, web, and print.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital design.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Revise designs based on team and client feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience of 1-3 as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics is a plus.
