The role:
We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Graphic Designer to lead creative output and brand governance across our marketing materials. You will work across digital, print, presentations, video, and motion graphics. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that strengthen our brand and support our marketing initiatives.
The role will involve close collaboration with all departments while acting as a guardian of brand quality and visual consistency.

Key responsibilities
Graphic design
Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging storytelling for B2B audiences.
Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative assets across digital, print, and presentation formats.
Design high-quality presentations, brochures, infographics, one-pagers, email templates, social media assets, and marketing collateral.
Maintain strong brand consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.

Creative direction & brand governance
Own and elevate the visual direction of campaigns, ensuring design excellence and brand alignment.
Provide creative guidance to internal stakeholders and support innovation in visual identity.

Video & motion graphics
Produce light video editing and basic motion graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal communications.
Develop short-form animations and motion elements to support digital storytelling.

Collaboration & project management
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality.
Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in design, media arts, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in graphic design within a B2B marketing environment (preferred).
Other necessary skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong presentation design capabilities.
Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics skills (After Effects preferred).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across formats.
Professional attributes
Ambitious, self-driven, and proactive, comfortable taking ownership of creative direction.
Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to turn strategic ideas into polished visual outputs.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines.
Strong communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and providing design rationale.

Working hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday)

Compensation & benefits:
Benefits: EOBI contributions as per Pakistan’s labor laws.
