Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a  Graphic Designer  who’s passionate about conservative values and energized by the opportunity to shape culture through design. We’re seeking a versatile creative who can transform ideas into compelling visual assets across digital and print. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with a refined design aesthetic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, visually engaging ways.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities shift and creativity is essential. This role requires someone who can take direction, contribute original ideas, and consistently deliver polished, brand-aligned work.

What You’ll Do

•      Design graphics for campaigns, social media, print materials, presentations, and branding assets.

•      Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop visual concepts that support project goals.

•      Create layouts, illustrations, and visual elements that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

•      Maintain brand consistency across all design output.

•      Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital formats.

•      Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

•      Present design concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients.

What You Bring

· BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

· A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout, and visual communication skills is required.

· Proven professional experience in graphic design. 

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 

· Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. 

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

· Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling. 

· Deep alignment with conservative values and Judeo-Christian principles. 

Bonus Points For

· Experience working in creative agencies, freelance, or advocacy environments. 

· Skills in illustration, and branding.

· Familiarity with political or cultural content aligned with conservative values. 

· Exposure to motion design or interactive media. 

· Background in fine arts, visual communication, or media design.
