Job Role & Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual creatives for social media and digital brand campaigns.
- Create marketing and communication assets for digital-first platforms.
- Develop creatives for performance advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
- Support the creation of brand decks, pitch materials, and internal presentations.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across brand identity systems and campaigns.
- Translate design briefs into clean, effective visual outputs with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Support campaign-led and performance-driven creative requirements as part of a larger creative team.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate or Diploma in Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Both agency and brand-side experience are acceptable
Language
- Basic to good English communication skills
Core Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and composition
- Ability to understand briefs and execute with minimal supervision
Additional Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to performance advertising creatives
- Interest in AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Ideogram, Gemini, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
- Curiosity to learn, experiment, and adapt to new creative technologies
