Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and communication goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital ads, posters, brochures, and branding materials
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and graphics based on briefs
• Ensure consistency in brand colors, typography, and design standards
• Work closely with content, video, and marketing teams
• Create designs for both digital and print requirements
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs efficiently
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
• Ability to create clean, creative, and engaging visuals
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics
• Experience with branding or agency-style design work
• Knowledge of Canva (for quick social creatives)
