We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen our brand and bring our storytelling to life. You will be part of a high-performing marketing team reporting to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, digital, sales, and other cross-functional teams to concept, design, and deliver compelling visuals across print and digital platforms.
Location:
The role is a full-time on-site position at our Westlake, TX corporate headquarters. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities:

Design and produce a wide range of assets including social graphics, digital ads, presentations, email templates, infographics, web elements, and print collateral.

Translate brand guidelines into fresh, modern designs that maintain consistency across channels.

Support campaign development from concept to final execution.

Develop layouts, typography treatments, and imagery that elevate the brand’s visual identity.

Collaborate with writers, marketers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Prepare and package final files for production, ensuring technical accuracy for both digital and print.

Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming sessions, storyboards, and visual exploration.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4-6 years professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, digital and/or equivalent experience

Expert level use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, etc.) and Figma

Professional design experience working as part of a marketing team, in an agency, or B2C environment

Portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of color, typography, hierarchy, and layout, applied to a range of digital media and print assets

Excellent communication and project management skills

Superb graphic design production skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and turn feedback into effective design revisions

Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills

Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully in a fast-paced environment

Strong preference if you have animation or motion graphics experience
