We’re looking for a world-class graphic designer who doesn’t just design visuals—but creates a visual identity people feel .


Role Overview

We’re hiring a cutting-edge graphic designer who can own and elevate the entire visual universe of WTF Gyms. This role is for someone who lives and breathes design, understands branding deeply, and can translate bold ideas into stunning visuals—across digital, physical, and experiential spaces.


If you can design high-impact ads, powerful gym interiors, brand assets, social content, and campaign visuals that stop people mid-scroll or mid-step—you belong here.


Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Own and evolve the WTF Gyms visual language across all platforms
  • Ensure consistency, innovation, and premium quality in every design output
  • Translate brand strategy into powerful visual storytelling


Marketing & Advertising

  • Design high-conversion creatives for:
  • Digital ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, App campaigns)
  • Hoardings, posters, flyers, standees
  • Performance marketing & growth campaigns
  • Create campaign-specific visual systems that scale


Gym & Space Design

  • Design in-gym branding elements:
  • Wall graphics, murals, typography systems
  • Signage, wayfinding, motivational visuals
  • Interior branding assets that elevate member experience


Content & Social Media

  • Design scroll-stopping social media creatives
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life visually
  • Maintain a strong design POV while adapting to trends and platforms


Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, ops, and leadership teams
  • Translate briefs into powerful concepts and executions
  • Take ownership from idea → execution → final delivery


What We’re Looking For


Must-Have Skills

  • Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong, modern portfolio
  • Mastery of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects / Figma is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Ability to design across digital + physical + experiential mediums


Mindset & Personality

  • Obsessed with quality, detail, and originality
  • Thinks beyond “pretty visuals” and designs with purpose
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
  • Stays ahead of design, culture, and creative trends
  • Passion for fitness, lifestyle, or culture brands is a big plus


Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with consumer, lifestyle, fitness, or D2C brands
  • Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
  • Experience designing for physical spaces or retail environments
  • Strong concept development and art direction skills
