Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, good design skills, and the ability to produce attractive static designs as well as engaging motion and video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials
• Develop motion graphics, animations, reels, and short promotional videos
• Edit videos including transitions, effects, and basic audio enhancements
• Conceptualize visuals, storyboards, and creative ideas
• Work closely with the social media and marketing teams on campaign creatives
• Deliver high-quality design and animation work within deadlines
• Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome)
• Hands-on experience with design and motion tools:
• Graphic Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Motion Tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
• Good knowledge of layout design, color theory, typography, and visual balance
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet timelines

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 2D or 3D animation
• Basic understanding of video shooting and editing
• Familiarity with current social media trends and content formats

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
