GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are hiring a Head of Sticker & Printing Design to take full responsibility for sticker designing, artwork management, and off-set printing operations. The role requires leadership, creativity, and technical knowledge to manage the entire sticker/label design and printing process from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete design process for product stickers, labels, and related printed materials.
• Take full responsibility for artwork preparation, layout finalization, and print readiness.
• Supervise all sticker and printing projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with off-set printing presses and external vendors for production execution.
• Review, approve, and sign off on final designs, proofs, and color samples before printing.
• Ensure timely delivery of printed materials in line with production and launch schedules.
• Collaborate closely with production, branding, marketing, and quality teams to maintain brand alignment.
• Maintain organized records and archives of sticker and label designs for future use.
• Identify and resolve design or printing issues proactively to avoid production delays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, Printing Technology, or related field.
• Strong expertise in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Proven experience in sticker/label designing and printing management.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to ensure quality at every stage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
