The graphic designer will be responsible for updating and maintaining foundational design assets, developing innovative digital and print materials, managing the company website for optimal user experience, participating in weekly creative concepting sessions for marketing campaigns, and managing relationships with print vendors.

Essential Functions:

• Continuously update foundational assets including graphics standard guidelines, design toolkits, brand playbook, icon libraries, corporate presentation decks, etc.
• Develop innovative designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations
• Maintain the YES company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually compelling experience
• Participate in weekly creative concepting for all active marketing campaigns
• Own relationships with our print vendors
• Continuously update foundational assets including graphics standard guidelines, design toolkits, brand playbook, icon libraries, corporate presentation decks, etc.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Adobe Full Suite
• Canva
• Thorough working knowledge of CSS Style Sheets and general web design
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• A creative mindset
• Videography experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business (Marketing), or a related field preferred
• 1-2Years of experience in a similar role
