Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective graphics. This role involves working on a variety of design projects, including digital media, print materials, and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and reinforce brand identity across all design materials. Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Design Tools: Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools, to create high-quality graphics.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to create modern and innovative designs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Experience with web design tools and animation software is a plus.
• Design Skills: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to create visually compelling and effective designs.
