Be Brandy is a creative marketing agency based in Qatar, working with brands across F&B, retail, lifestyle, events, and startups. We specialize in branding, digital marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling that connects brands with people.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to deliver strong visual assets for both client projects and Be Brandy’s own brand.

This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute professionally, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution

• Design visual content for social media (posts, stories, reels covers, ads)
• Create branding assets such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities
• Design marketing materials (flyers, posters, banners, presentations, proposals)
• Adapt designs across different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency
• Prepare files for both digital use and professional printing

Client & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing Coordinators, Social Media Managers, and Content Creators
• Translate briefs into strong visual concepts
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
• Support client campaigns, launches, and activations

Agency & Brand Support

• Contribute to Be Brandy’s own branding and social media visuals
• Assist with creative concepts for campaigns and pitches
• Maintain organized design files and project folders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Good understanding of social media design requirements
• Ability to design for both digital and print
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Basic motion or animation skills
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma
• Experience designing for F&B, lifestyle, or retail brands
• Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
