SpixHost (SMC-Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about crafting impactful visuals and contributing to a fast-paced, tech-driven organization.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our visual identity across digital platforms, print materials, and branding assets. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver visually compelling and consistent design solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital media, print materials, and branding.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing channels.
• Conceptualize and execute creative, high-impact design solutions for marketing campaigns.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior designers and interns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) will be considered a strong plus.
