Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Social Media Graphic Designer with a strong eye for beauty aesthetics and modern design. This role is 100% focused on social media, creating scroll-stopping visuals that define how MARS shows up online.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design posts, reels, stories & campaign creatives
2. Create fresh, clean visuals for daily social media content
3. Collaborate closely with the content & social team

1. Strong aesthetic sense & modern design language
2. Understanding of social-first visuals and trends
3. Candidates from any design school preferred

Key Skills Required:

1. Strong understanding of beauty aesthetics and modern social media design

2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including AI-based tools and features

4. Familiarity with AI tools for design, ideation, and image generation (ChatGPT, Google Flow, Freepik Image Generation, etc.)

5. Ability to design and adapt creatives optimized for social media platforms
