We’re looking for Graphic Designer who understands that design is a business tool, not just visuals.

The Role

You’ll own Satel’s visual output across all platforms. This role isn’t about receiving tasks, it’s about translating strategy into visuals that perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute visual content for social media, property listings, campaigns, presentations, and print.
• Maintain and evolve Satel’s visual identity across all assets.
• Translate marketing and leasing objectives into clear visual communication.
• Work fast, iterate faster, and deliver under tight timelines.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and leasing teams to support real business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing real world applications , not just concepts.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong taste, clarity in layouts, and consistency in execution.
• Comfortable with feedback, revisions, and fast-paced environments.

Strong Plus (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Motion graphics or short-form video experience.
• Understanding of branding beyond visuals (positioning, tone, consistency).

This role requires speed, accountability, and ownership .
