Graphic Designer

• Interpret design briefs and translate them into well-thought-out creative concepts
• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other creative team members
• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery
• Revise and improve designs based on stakeholder and client feedback
• Ensure consistency across all visual assets in line with brand guidelines
• Prepare final design files for print and digital publishing
• Support junior designers when required and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging design practices

Required Tools & Technologies:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Figma (for basic UI / digital layouts)
• Basic knowledge of file preparation for print (bleed, color modes, export settings)
• Familiarity with asset management and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, or similar)

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, branding, and execution skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Keen eye for detail and strong aesthetic judgment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work methodically, and meet deadlines
