Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop professional visual content for PMC deliverables including reports, proposals, presentations, and dashboards
  • Design layouts, infographics, charts, and visual summaries for infrastructure and road project data
  • Support project management teams with graphical content for progress reports, executive presentations, and client submissions
  • Ensure all designs comply with client branding, PMC standards, and project guidelines
  • Coordinate with planning, cost control, engineering, and reporting teams to translate technical data into clear visuals
  • Prepare visuals for workshops, meetings, and stakeholder reviews
  • Update and maintain templates for reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Support ad-hoc design requirements related to project communications and approvals
  • Prepare visual materials for monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc project reports submitted to the client
  • Convert complex technical, planning, and cost data into easy-to-understand graphics and infographics
  • Support the preparation of RFPs, technical proposals, and tender submissions with professional design layouts
  • Design visual content for project schedules, milestones, KPIs, and performance dashboards
  • Assist in developing visual standards and branding manuals specific to the project
  • Review and enhance visuals received from sub-consultants to ensure consistency and quality
  • Coordinate closely with reporting, planning, and cost control teams to align visuals with approved data
  • Ensure timely updates of graphics based on latest project progress and client comments
  • Maintain an organized library of project graphics, templates, and visual assets
  • Support site teams with signage, posters, and safety or awareness visuals when required
  • Assist senior management with executive-level presentation materials for client and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive project information

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Prior experience on infrastructure, road, construction, or PMC projects is highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and report formatting
  • Ability to work with technical and engineering content
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
