We are hiring a Junior Graphic Designer with AI Design Expertise to join our creative team in Lahore. You will work on branding, marketing, and digital projects while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and design quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital marketing, branding, social media, websites, and campaigns.
• Use AI-powered design tools such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Hailo, and similar platforms to create high-quality visuals.
• Develop creative prompts and workflows to optimize AI-generated designs.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Translate business and brand requirements into strong visual concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Create and refine layouts, illustrations, banners, ads, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and creative technologies.
• Perform quality checks and maintain high design standards.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (Junior level).
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar.
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout design
• Brand identity
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
• A strong portfolio showcasing:
• Branding projects
• Digital design
• Web and social media creatives

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Motion graphics or basic video editing experience.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing design trends and digital advertising visuals.
