About noon

noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon

launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February

2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce,

fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

noon’s mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.


About the role:

Noon for Business is building a multi-category B2B procurement marketplace for enterprises across UAE + KSA. This is a 0→1 build inside Everyday Labs — small team, high ownership, fast iterations. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can help us ship brand-consistent, high-quality visuals across product, marketing, and leadership communication. You’ll work closely with the Product Designer, PM, Brand team, and leadership.


What you’ll do:

Brand + Visual System (B2B)

  • Create and evolve a visual language for Noon B2B (colors, iconography, illustrations, patterns, layout rules).
  • Build reusable templates for presentations, one-pagers, social tiles, and ads.

Sales + Leadership Communication

  • Design crisp, executive-ready decks (strategy, launch plans, value prop, product walkthroughs).
  • Turn messy inputs into clean visuals: journey maps, flow diagrams, comparison tables, infographics.

Product & UX Support

  • Create high-fidelity mock marketing screens and product visuals for demos (especially in Figma).
  • Design empty states, banners, onboarding visuals, category tiles, and UI illustrations (as needed).

Marketing Creatives

  • Campaign assets for performance marketing + CRM (email/WhatsApp/push).
  • Product category creatives for B2B buyers (Office, IT, Packaging, MRO, etc.).


What you’ll need:

  • 4-8 years of professional design experience (marketplace/e-com a big plus).
  • Strong visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, clarity.
  • Strong deck design ability (this is non-negotiable).
  • Figma + Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop) proficiency.
  • Ability to create or source illustrations/icons that look cohesive.
  • Fast iteration + comfort with feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferably: Experience designing for B2B / enterprise products.
  • Motion basics (After Effects/Lottie) for light animations.
  • Familiarity with building a brand from scratch (0→1).


Portfolio requirement

Please share a portfolio that includes:

  • Decks / presentations (at least 3 examples).
  • Brand systems / templates.
  • Marketplace/e-commerce creative work (if available).
