The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of engaging visual materials for our digital platform, Booktime (App & Web). This includes children’s book layouts, promotional creatives, banners, advertisements, and in-house publications.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that maintain visual consistency, enhance user experience, and reflect Booktime’s identity and standards across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually compelling marketing materials to support promotional campaigns

Execute both offline and digital campaigns while ensuring consistency in brand identity

Create high-quality printed materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners

Oversee the design and production of in-house materials, maintaining premium quality standards

Design annual in-house publications, including stationery, business forms, and applications

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to create and refine designs

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reproduction and validation of designs

Use MS Office applications effectively to communicate and present design concepts
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in marketing materials and digital campaigns

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them effectively into design workflows

Experience in motion graphics is a plus

Strong command of MS Office applications

Good command of English (written and spoken)

A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and technical proficiency
