Graphic Designer

Mavi Beauty is rapidly growing with a dynamic and expanding product portfolio. As part of our vision to elevate the design quality of our beauty segment and accessory categories, we are strengthening our team with a talented designer who will bring creativity and innovation into everything we create.


We are looking for an Graphic Designer who will lead the design of:

  • Mavi Beauty’s evolving and continuously refreshed packaging,
  • Packaging design for accessories such as underwear, wallets, belts,
  • Specially designed packaged products for seasonal occasions such as New Year’s, Valentine’s Day and other gifting periods.

What will be expected of you in this role?


  • Design innovative, functional, and visually appealing packaging solutions for beauty products and accessories.
  • Develop seasonal and campaign-based gifting packages and special sets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Production teams to translate brand guidelines into high-quality packaging concepts.
  • Work closely with suppliers to manage samples, materials, and production processes.
  • Conduct trend research and bring a fresh, modern perspective to all packaging and product-related design work.
  • Support the creation of cohesive visual identity across accessory categories and beauty lines.
  • Design and update of women’s and men’s labels/tags in line with seasonal and collection needs.


Why You?

  • Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in beauty, accessories, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to turn concepts into high quality design outputs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; 3D tools are a plus)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • A passion for aesthetics, materials, color, form, and user experience.
