Responsibilities

Design high-quality visuals, including brochures, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, infographics, signage, and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with the content, marketing, and strategy teams to develop compelling visuals aligned with campaign objectives.

Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, on-brand design work across all channels.

Create visually engaging social media content for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Support photo editing, layout design, and pre-press preparation for print materials.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative output.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in a creative, marketing, or real estate firm.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media.

Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

Knowledge of social media formats and trends (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a bonus.
