The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating compelling presentations and visually engaging content for governmental and institutional audiences. The role includes content creation, presentation support, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure a cohesive, culturally aware, and professional message in both Arabic and English.
Main Responsibilities
Content Creation

Design high‑quality presentations, infographics, and multimedia materials in Arabic and/or English.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports organizational objectives.
Presentation Support

Prepare clear, visually engaging presentation materials for live events, webinars, and recorded sessions.

When needed, support presenters to structure and visualize their content effectively.
Language & Cultural Sensitivity

Utilize strong language skills (Arabic and/or English) to communicate effectively with target audiences.

Incorporate cultural nuances and regional preferences into visual design and messaging to ensure relevance and impact.
Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams to gather information and maintain consistent messaging and visual identity.
Technology & Tools

Use presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).

Integrate multimedia and interactive elements where appropriate.
Audience Engagement

Enhance presentations with animations, interactivity, and clear visual storytelling to maintain high audience engagement.
Adaptability & Feedback

Stay up to date with design trends, best practices in presentation design, and relevant cultural considerations for the region.
Qualifications & Skills
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
Experience

Demonstrated experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation.

Experience designing for governmental or institutional audiences is an advantage.

Experience working with Arabic‑speaking audiences is a plus.
Language Skills

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Arabic language skills (written and spoken) are highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
Design Skills

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
