Job Title: Full-Time Graphic Artist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and customer interaction are part of the daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality vector-based artwork using Adobe Illustrator or similar vector design software.
• Prepare and proof designs for print production across multiple formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand design needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Learn and operate various design programs as needed.
• Train on and operate new and existing printing equipment and production machines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow from concept to final product.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or comparable vector design software.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn new software programs and printing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
