We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead Torbo’s visual storytelling across all touchpoints. The role involves designing branding materials, packaging, product labels, print assets, and digital creatives that align with company’s values of authenticity, transparency, and conscious living.
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, attention to detail, and experience in packaging design and print production.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Identity & Visual Strategy
- Concept Development: Create original visual concepts that inspire and inform company’s target audience.
- Branding: Build and maintain cohesive brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Typography: Expertly select and pair typefaces that align with our brand’s voice and aesthetic.
2. Packaging & Product Design
- Product Labelling: Design functional and beautiful labels for products, ensuring all technical and regulatory information is integrated seamlessly. Ensure barcode placement, ingredient lists, nutritional panels, and regulatory disclosures are correctly designed.
- Packaging Design: Design product packaging aligned with sustainable and eco-friendly principles.
- Print Production: Manage the "pre-press" process, ensuring all files are technically perfect for professional printing (color profiles, bleed, and material specs).
3. Layout & Multi-Channel Composition
- Digital Platforms: Design engaging assets for our website, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Marketing Collateral: Create layouts for physical marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and large-format signage.
- Hierarchy & Composition: Apply advanced design principles to ensure information is easy to navigate and visually compelling.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Cross teamwork: Work closely with product, marketing, and procurement teams. Coordinate with packaging suppliers and printers.
- Activations: Support event branding for company’s markets and activations.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG or food industry experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of print production processes and packaging materials.
