Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring the GlyMed+ brand to life across all channels. In this role, you’ll craft visually compelling designs for campaigns, product launches, social media, email, web, print, packaging, and educational materials. • Evolve and protect the brand by applying and helping refine GlyMed+ brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Refresh and upgrade existing assets—Take what already exists and make it cleaner, clearer, and more effective.
  • Collaborate daily with designers, copywriters, videographers, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Adapt content across formats (resizing, reformatting, and optimizing assets for different platforms while maintaining quality).
  • Stay current on trends and tools, including AI, and bring fresh ideas, layouts, and techniques to the team.
  • Support asset organization, keeping files, templates, and brand assets organized and easy to find.
  • Manage packaging die lines and concepts that reflect brand identity and appeal to consumers.
  • Create detailed design layouts for product packaging using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Prepare production-ready files for sign manufacturing and print advertising processes
  • Approve pre-press documentation from vendors before projects are printed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a strong eye for polished, elevated design.

  • Knowledge of digital art, photo manipulation, color theory, typography, and visual design principles
  • Ability to interpret briefs and turn strategy into clear, engaging visuals.
