We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with experience in signage and experiential event environments to join our in-house creative team. This role supports a wide range of creative initiatives, including print collateral, digital marketing assets, large-format signage, and immersive event graphics.
The ideal candidate has strong foundational design skills and understands how to translate brand systems seamlessly across physical and digital platforms. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a forward-thinking designer who stays current with design trends, understands production considerations, and enjoys seeing their work come to life both online and in real-world event settings.
This position may include occasional travel and on-site event support to assist execution.
Candidates must be fully proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). A strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, signage, and experiential work is required.
Core Responsibilities
Brand & Concept Development
● Conceptualize and execute creative solutions across print, digital, and environmental applications that align with brand and marketing objectives
● Develop strong visual concepts rooted in typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems
● Ensure consistency of brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints
● Present design concepts and clearly articulate how solutions support strategic goals
Print & Digital Design
● Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, direct mail, sales collateral, promotional materials, and branded merchandise
● Create digital assets including email graphics, social media content, web graphics, digital ads, and presentation materials
● Prepare accurate print-ready and digital-ready files with proper formatting, resolution, bleed, and color management
Signage & Experiential Design
● Design and produce large-format signage, banners, wayfinding systems, stage graphics, booth displays, backdrops, environmental graphics, and branded installations
● Translate brand systems into impactful spatial and experiential applications
● Create scalable design systems for event and signage environments
● Prepare production-ready artwork with a strong understanding of large-format printing, materials, scaling, color management, and fabrication requirements
● Follow projects through the full lifecycle—from concept through production and installation—to ensure accuracy and quality
Collaboration & Execution
● Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, presentation and internal stakeholders to understand project goals, timelines, and execution needs
● Interface with printers, fabricators and production vendors throughout the production process
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
● Provide on-site support during events as needed
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or 3+ years of professional design experience
● Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
● Experience designing print, digital platforms and large-format or experiential applications
● Understanding of print production standards and digital asset optimization
● Ability to extend brand systems across marketing materials, digital channels and physical environments
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
● Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback in a collaborative setting
● Keen attention to detail, particularly related to scale, layout, and production accuracy
● Awareness of current design, signage and experiential trends
● Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
● Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for event setup and on-site support
Preferred but not required:
● Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
● A solid understanding of AI’s role in graphic design, along with experience using AI-powered design tools to optimize and streamline creative workflows
● Passion for classic cars and automotive knowledge preferred but not required
Requirements

● Mac proficient
● Online portfolio required with resume showcasing print, digital, signage, and experiential work
