Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling designs, concepts, and sample layouts that meet customer requirements and reflect our organization's high standards. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from branding and marketing materials to environmental displays and web design, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative concepts from ideation through to final production for a wide range of products, including branding, print collateral, environmental displays, briefings, marketing materials, and websites.

Ensure all designs and assets are delivered to specification, on time, on budget, and in accordance with brand standards.

Operate and maintain production equipment, including digital presses, large format printers, laser engravers, and computerized mat cutters.

Collaborate with clients and team members in strategic and tactical meetings to develop effective design solutions that meet client objectives.

Perform hands-on graphic production tasks, including trimming, mounting, finishing, and other assembly as needed.

Work both independently and as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.

Proactively troubleshoot and solve creative challenges and equipment issues.

Perform digital photography (studio and event) and subsequent editing for various
- Salary range: $95,000 - $125,000/Year, DOE
Skills Required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field or a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a design-related role.

An exceptional portfolio that showcases innovative design concepts and creative solutions for both print and digital media.

Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

Experience and willingness to work with basic hand tools.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with web design is a plus.

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and 3D printing is not required but will be considered an advantage.

Security Clearance Requirement
- MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AND BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE

U.S. Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for obtaining a Secret clearance at this location.
Physical Requirements
- The role may require the candidate to be on their feet for extended periods.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
