Role Purpose
The Graphic Designer ensures our marketing and sales materials are visually strong, consistent, and production-ready across multiple projects. The role exists to deliver fast, accurate design execution that protects brand standards and reduces revision cycles, delays, and external vendor dependency.
What you will own
1) Design production (day-to-day execution)
-
Design and adapt brochures, fact sheets, floorplan sheets, pitch decks, social media creatives, digital ads, outdoor/OOH, hoardings, flags, event collateral, and sales-center materials.
-
Produce multiple format variations quickly (sizes, ratios, languages, platforms).
-
Maintain clean, consistent layouts that are easy to scan and sales-friendly.
2) Brand consistency and design system
-
Apply brand rules consistently (typography, grids, spacing, icon style, color discipline, hierarchy).
-
Build reusable templates for repeat deliverables (brochures, listing sheets, presentations, campaign sets).
-
Maintain a single source of truth folder for brand assets (logos, fonts, patterns, image treatment rules).
3) Quality assurance (visual accuracy and detail control)
-
Catch design and layout errors before release (alignment, spacing, typos, wrong numbers/specs, missing disclaimers, wrong logos, outdated pricing).
-
Ensure every deliverable matches the correct version of the content and approvals.
-
Use checklists per output type (print vs digital vs event vs web) to minimize rework and avoid costly mistakes.
4) Production-ready outputs and file handover
-
Export correctly for each channel (print-ready PDFs with bleed/crop, digital-optimized assets, web formats).
-
Keep disciplined file organization: editable working files, packaged files, print-ready exports, and clear final-version control.
-
Prepare artwork for printers and suppliers (specs, sizes, resolution, CMYK/RGB management).
5) Collaboration and revision control
-
Turn feedback into improved outputs without losing structure or design quality.
-
Keep revisions efficient: clarify feedback, propose options, and avoid endless cycles.
-
Collaborate smoothly with marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors when needed (print, production, event suppliers).
