Graphic Designer

Overview

Adult Empire, an established industry leader, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer for its video production department.

In this role, you will support Polona, an adult film production studio owned and operated by Adult Empire, by collaborating with a team of graphic artists and marketing specialists on a broad range of creative projects related to the studio’s video releases. Responsibilities include creating DVD box covers, editing photo galleries, designing social media graphics, developing web banners, and other graphic assets. The ideal teammate will possess the following requirements:

• Working knowledge of PC based Microsoft Windows platforms
• Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Strong ability to create polished and visually compelling layouts and designs at a professional level for both web and print applications, delivering modern, high-quality results.
• Proficient in core graphic design principles, including photo editing and retouching, color theory, typography, composition, and layout.
• Be a creative problem solver and constantly self-learning
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Versatile and self-directed, capable of work-from-home, with excellent time management skills
• Effective communication skills – written, verbal, and with Zoom, utilizing video and screen share tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, under pressure, and subject to changing priorities
• Knowledge of modern browsers and devices
• Desire to continue learning and keep up with industry trends and new technologies
• Must be comfortable working with pornographic content; ability to work professionally with adult-only products, graphic images, and entertainment

Skills not required, but a plus:

• Video editing experience using Adobe Creative Cloud programs
• Strong knowledge of web standards and CSS-driven layouts
• Experience with CSS and HTML

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of established graphic design work, including recent print projects
• While formal education or equivalent in Graphic Design is important, we are looking to have your body of work speak for itself

Job Environment:

• Remote, full-time, work-from-home, with flexible daily start-time between 6-8 am

Pay: $35,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
