Key Responsibilities
- Visual Strategy: Create original designs, including illustrations, infographics, and layouts for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Ad Creatives: Design high-converting assets for digital advertising (Meta, Google, and Display ads) and email marketing.
- Collaboration: Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce content that aligns with project goals and target audiences.
- Production Management: Prepare final press-ready files for print or optimized assets for web and mobile use.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and software to keep our visual output modern and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design styles and successful projects.
- Typography & Layout: Deep understanding of hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce error-free work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate design choices and accept constructive feedback.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in a design agency or in-house creative team.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing (Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for web design.
