Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually engaging designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

- Develop visual concepts and designs for various projects, including but not limited to: marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, product packaging, and advertisements.

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Translate concepts into compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine final designs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design technologies to continuously improve design output.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Work closely with printers, photographers, and other external vendors to ensure quality output of final designs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums and styles.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
