Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a Graphic designer Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in designing high-performing sponsored and paid advertising creatives across digital platforms. This role focuses on translating marketing objectives into visually compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Location: Open globally. Candidates must have at least 5 hours overlap with KSA working hours. Hybrid in countries where Calo has offices (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman); otherwise fully remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high impact sponsored ad creatives for digital platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid media channels.

  • Translate campaign objectives and marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts optimized for performance.

  • Produce multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and campaign optimization.

  • Adapt and resize creatives across different formats, placements, and aspect ratios (feed, stories, reels, display ads, etc.).

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across all campaigns.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and performance teams to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging.

  • Optimize creatives based on performance insights and feedback to improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • Maintain organized design files and ensure efficient creative production workflows for fast campaign turnaround.

  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends, formats, and best practices to continuously improve creative effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (ability to design and work with Arabic typography and layouts).

  • Proven experience in designing paid social or digital advertising creatives

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects..etc)

  • Strong understanding of social media ad formats and performance driven design.

  • Ability to create high volumes of creatives quickly while maintaining quality.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment with tight deadlines.

  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and A/B testing is a plus.

  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work must be submitted with the application.
