The Role
Key Responsibilities: • Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital content, and retail materials aligned with regional market requirements • Collaborate closely with local marketing and retail teams to execute region-specific design requests • Coordinate with the central marketing team for briefs, approvals, and alignment on overall campaign objectives • Ensure all final design files are reviewed and approved by the head office before being shared with regional teams • Liaise with brand stakeholders to maintain consistency in branding and visual standards • Support regional teams with seasonal launches, campaign rollouts, and ongoing design requirements • Adapt and localize global assets for regional use while adhering to brand guidelines • Coordinate with printers and external vendors as required for marketing and retail collateral • Ensure timely delivery of all design work in line with regional marketing calendars and timelines • Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
