Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, branding, video production, photography, and digital content creation.

The candidate will play a key role in handling the company’s overall visual identity, marketing materials, social media presence, branding activities, and promotional campaigns across multiple real estate and development projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with WordPress website development and website management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials including:
• Company profiles
• Brochures
• Pitch decks
• Presentations
• Flyers
• Signage
• Billboards
• Social media creatives
• Digital advertisements
• Sales and leasing materials
• Handle all company branding and rebranding activities.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Create engaging social media content and campaign visuals.
• Produce video content for social media, project promotions, events, interviews, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle photography and videography for properties, developments, events, and corporate activities.
• Edit and produce professional promotional videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations.
• Design content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate and execute creative concepts for project launches and marketing campaigns.
• Manage website visuals and content updates through WordPress.
• Assist with landing page design and website content improvements.
• Create creative concepts and content strategies aligned with company goals.
• Support sales and business development teams with visual presentations and proposal designs.
• Ensure all branding and content materials maintain premium visual quality and consistency.
• Organize and maintain media libraries, design files, and branding assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI creative tools, and digital marketing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Lightroom
• Canva and other creative tools
• Strong experience in:
• Branding
• Content design
• Video editing
• Photography
• Videography
• Social media content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, video content, social media designs, and creative projects.
• Experience with WordPress website management and basic web development preferred.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or development industry.
• Drone photography/videography experience is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and editing tools.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
