Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting out in their design career and eager to learn, grow, and put fresh ideas into action. You’ll help create visuals for digital and print projects while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing graphics for digital and print materials.

Work with the marketing and communications teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Follow brand guidelines to keep our look and message consistent.

Support development of materials for product campaigns, community engagement events and internal company activities.

Assist with layout adjustments, photo editing, file preparation, and maintaining brand consistency.

Support senior designers and marketing staff with day-to-day design needs.

Stay curious and open to learning new tools, trends, and techniques in design.
Requirements:
Qualifications

Education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar tools.

Familiarity with Marketing technology including social media management platforms, word press, consent management platforms, and project management tools like Asana.

Knowledge of color modes (RGB/CMYK), image resolution, and file formats.

Strong creativity and an eye for detail.

Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in the role.

A portfolio showing a foundational understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design platforms.

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.

Interest in social media content creation.
